Liat is a qualified lawyer and worked in the commercial law department for a leading law firm. After several years as a lawyer, Liat moved to the insurance industry and was subsequently appointed as the General Insurance Manager for a leading international insurance agency. Liat then served as the Deputy CEO and General Insurance Manager for AIG Israel until 2012. After leaving AIG Liat was appointed as the CEO of the Betach Insurance Agency, a Clal Group company. In 2014 Liat opened her own insurance consultancy and until 2016 also represented an international insurance broker. Since 2016 Liat works exclusively as an independent insurance consultant for a diverse range of companies, specialising in the field of environmental pollution and international activity. Liat also lectures at academic institutions and at insurance seminars on the subject of risk management in the general insurance sector.

Nezi holds a Bachelors’ degree in insurance, law degree and Masters’ degrees in business administration and has been involved in the insurance industry for over twenty years. Nezi worked for two international insurance brokers and was involved in formulating global insurance programs, preparing complex insurance tenders and arranging reinsurance for insurance companies, liaising directly with various global markets and Lloyd’s of London. Until recent, Nezi was the Business Development Manager for an international insurance broker and advised leading industrial concerns.

Maayan is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University, holding a law degree and an MBA (cum laude) and has been a qualified lawyer since 2004. Maayan worked as an internal lawyer in the contracts department of Israel Aerospace Industries, dealing with international contracts and advising on complex transactions. Since 2009 Maayan has worked as a risk management consultant in the field of general insurance including for two leading consultancy firms. In 2017 Maayan decided to go independent in order to provide her clients with comprehensive insurance solutions including preparing insurance tenders, writing manuscript policies and advising on insurance and indemnity clauses in contracts. Maayan specialises in advising medium to large local and global companies in the fields of energy, property investments, industry and agriculture.

Aryeh Lauber holds a B.A. (Econ.) degree from Bar Ilan University. Aryeh started his career in the insurance industry as an underwriter for LaNacionale. In 1972 he was appointed as the General Insurance Division Manager and Acting CEO of Ararat Insurance Company. From 1976 to 1983 he was involved in establishing Ayalon Insurance Company and served as its General Insurance Division Manager. Since 1983 Aryeh has worked as an independent insurance consultant for a wide variety of companies.

Liron qualified as a lawyer in 2012, since then she has been engaged in the field of elementary insurance and risk management. She started her career at an international insurance company and continued at a company for consultants and risk management, where she dealt with managing agreements, preparing insurance specifications, insurance renewals and adapting them to the client.
Liron joined the company in 2019.

Jenny is a lawyer since 2011, graduated in law studies and business administration with specialization in finance – Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center IDC.
She started her career in the contracts department of one of the largest risk management consulting companies in Israel, and was responsible for large clients in the Israeli market in the field of elementary insurance.
In 2015, she served as sole legal advisor in an investment company with a portfolio of about 20 start-up companies.
Jenny joined the company in 2020.

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration at the University of Haifa. Graduated from the Tel Aviv Insurance College with honors (including passing the treasury exams and obtaining an agent’s license). She worked in the public service – in the Ministry of Health, in the supervision of drug prices in the private sector, as well as a former bank employee in the field of mortgages.
A transaction in the field of elementary insurance in Arie companies and with the merger of the Arie and Kalel insurance companies, it was transferred to Kel. Lipa has over 22 years in the insurance field, during which she worked in the large business insurance division at Clal and handled elementary insurance cases for the largest companies in the Israeli economy, while assisting and training companies according to their needs. joined our company during 2018.

Efrat is a lawyer since 2007, a graduate of law studies with a LL.B degree and currently a student for a master’s degree in law LL.M
Has about 15 years of experience in the field of insurance and tort, including experience as a lawyer in a large firm, broker, and consulting offices.
Efrat has experience as an insurance and risk management consultant for one of the largest companies in Israel in the field of commercial and non life insurance, as well as for the State of Israel for a variety of national projects from different fields.

Alon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law and government from the Reichman University – Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center IDC.
Alon started his career as a legal assistant at the registrar of enforcement and then was a successful business owner and compliance officer for a global fintech company.
Alon joined our company in 2023.

Valeria graduated from law studies and has LL.B degree, qualified as an attorney since 2017. Valeria has vast experience as an insurance consultant servicing one of the largest consortium of companies in Israel including as well as an insurance analyst for a global company. Valeria has claims management expertise.
